COLD COMPOUNDING
The technique that involves the cold maceration of medicinal plants and aromatic spices, naturally mainly of juniper, of exclusively Italian origin in absolute neutral alcohol and rigorously purified water.
the value of exclusivity
This particular gin is produced in small batches, of about 50/60 lt. at a time.
Only after several months of refinement the distillate softens, lending itself to dilution and bottling which does not occur before 12 months from production.
This is to guarantee the quality that distinguishes a niche product.
